Villa MaVi wurde im Jahr 2023 gebaut und liegt in der ruhigen Gegend von Drage bei Pakoštane. Die Villa ist komplett eingezäunt und bietet viel Privatsphäre für Ihren Urlaub ist aber gleichzeitig gut angebunden, sodass Sie mit dem Auto alles schnell erreichen können.
Die Villa MaVi verfügt über ein zweistöckiges Haus und einen großzügigen Außenbereich mit Swimmingpool, Grillplatz und überdachter Terrasse.
Die Unterkunft
Im Erdgeschoss finden Sie einen großen offenen Raum mit einem Wohnzimmer, einem Esszimmer und einer Küche sowie einer Gästetoilette. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich außerdem ein Schlafzimmer. Dieses verfügt über ein Doppelbett, einen Fernseher, ein eigenes Badezimmer und eine individuell regulierbare Klimaanlage.
Im ersten Stock gibt es drei weitere Schlafzimmer, alle verfügen über ein Doppelbett und über ein eigenes Bad, Fernseher und Klimaanlage.
Eine perfekte Erfrischung finden Sie auch im Pool (4x8 Meter = 32m²), der sich im hinteren Teil des Gartens befindet. Dort können Sie schwimmen gehen oder einfach auf einer Sonnenliege entspannen und die Sonne genießen. In der Nähe des Pools gibt es einen Grillplatz. Wenn Sie dort ein Familienessen zubereiten, kommen Sie zusammen und können es gemeinsam auf der überdachten Terrasse im vorderen Teil des Hauses genießen.
Villa Mavi bietet 5 kostenlose Parkplätze auf dem Grundstück, Sat-TV und WLAN.
Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt. Die Villa ist für maximal 8 Personen geeignet. Babys oder Kleinkinder nicht eingerechnet.

Villa MaVi was built in 2023 and is located in the quiet area of Drage near Pakoštane. The villa is fully fenced and offers plenty of privacy for your holiday but at the same time is well connected so you can reach everything quickly by car.
Villa MaVi has a two-storey house and a spacious outdoor area with swimming pool, barbecue area and covered terrace.
The accommodation
On the ground floor you will find a large open space with a living room, a dining room and a kitchen as well as a guest toilet. There is also a bedroom on the ground floor. This has a double bed, a TV, an en-suite bathroom and individually regulated air conditioning.
On the first floor there are three more bedrooms, all of them have a double bed and en-suite bathroom, TV and air conditioning.
You will also find perfect refreshment in the pool (4x8 meter = 32m²), which is located at the back of the garden. There you can go for a swim or simply relax on a sun lounger and enjoy the sun. There is a barbecue area near the pool. If you prepare a family meal there, you can come together and enjoy it on the covered terrace at the front of the house.
Villa Mavi offers 5 free parking spaces on the property, satellite TV and Wi-Fi.
Pets are not allowed. A maximum of 8 people are allowed. Babies or small children not included.
