Check-in: 15:00 Uhr – 23:00 Uhr (und nach Absprache)
Check-out bis 10:00 Uhr
Hauptsaison: mindestens 7 Übernachtungen
Nebensaison: mindestens 5 Übernachtungen
Vor- und Nachsaison: mind. 5 Übernachtungen
Anzahlung: 10% bei Buchung, den restlichen Betrag bis 4 Wochen vor Ankunft
Wenn der Restbetrag nicht pünktlich auf dem Konto ist, halten wir uns vor die gesamte Buchung von unserer Seite aus zu stornieren, damit wir die Chance haben eine neue Buchung kurzfristig annehmen zu können.
Stornierung
Bei Stornierung bekommen Sie bis 28 Tagen vor Anreise den kompletten Betrag zurück.
Bis 14 Tage vor Anreise bekommen Sie 50% des Betrages zurück
Bei einer kurzfristigen Stornierung innerhalb der letzten 2 Wochen vor Anreise bekommen Sie kein Geld mehr zurück. Eine Versicherung wird empfohlen.

Booking rules
Check-in: 15:00 - 23:00 (and by arrangement)
Check-out until 10:00 a.m.
High season: minimum 7 nights
Low season: minimum 5 nights
Early and late season: min. 5 nights
Deposit: 10% at booking, the remaining amount up to 4 weeks before arrival
If the balance is not paid on time, we reserve the right to cancel the entire booking from our side, so that we have the chance to accept a new booking at short notice.
Cancellation
In case of cancellation you will receive a full refund up to 28 days before arrival.
Up to 14 days before arrival you will get 50% of the amount back.
If you cancel within the last 2 weeks before arrival, you will not get any money back. Insurance is recommended.
